BLR atau Kadar Pinjaman Asas naik kepada 6.6% setahun, berkuatkuasa mulai 11hb Mei 2011. Maybank masih memberi potongan kepada pinjaman ASB sebanyak 1.65%, menjadikan Kadar Pinjaman Asas ASB sebanyak 4.95% setahun. Dengan kenaikan BLR menyebabkan bayaran balik pinjaman ASB bertambah sedikit.
Jumlah bayaran balik pinjaman ASB untuk tempuh 25 tahun adalah sebagaimana dibawah:
Pinjaman ASB RM50K - RM292.00 sebulan
Pinjaman ASB RM100K - RM583.00 sebulan
Pinjaman ASB RM150K - RM874.00 sebulan
Pinjaman ASB RM200K - RM1165.00 sebulan
